Boston Lithuanian Community
We organize various community events in Boston and surrounding areas, work in cooperation with other local groups and take part in community projects that make a difference for local people. We work in partnership with cultural solutions UK, Vytautas Magnus University and collaborate with other local groups, businesses, professional institutions and universities in England and abroad.
We run educational activities and clubs for children and adults:
- Lithuanian language and culture sessions at Boston Lithuanian Supplementary School FB: BOSTONO LIETUVIŲ MOKYKLA JK
- English language (ESOL) classes at FB: BOSTON ENGLISH ACADEMY
- Translation, interpretation and information help at FB: BOSTON INFO TRANSLATE
- Lithuanian traditional music studio at FB: DO RE MI DANGUOLE
- Street Dance classes at FB: DANCE STUDIO IN BOSTON KAST
- Arts and craft classes at FB: BOSTON ART AND CRAFTS FUN
- Maths and programming lessons at EGLĖ MATHS CLUB
- First Holy Communion Sessions and Lithuanian Mass at FB: BOSTONO LIETUVIŲ PIRMA KOMUNIJA - BOSTON LITHUANIAN FIRST COMMUNION GROUP
- Research, and scientific work in cooperation with Vytautas Magnus University
